Technical Lead looking for a co-founder

My name is Oscar Franco, I'm a software developer living in Munich.
I'm super interested in starting a company/product but I'm not super interested in VC funding and also I'm fairly unknown to try to launch products on my own, so I'm looking to partner up!
I have a lot of experience and technical know-how and would ideally partner with someone with complementary skills, that is: marketing, product, etc.
Someone living in Munich (or at least in Germany) would be ideal.
