I was having this conversation with a friend about sales. I'm currently doing a lot of cold outreach for newny.io and I receive cold emails frequently (nearly everyday). The common denominator between the cold outreaches I get is they ask for a scheduled call. I don't have time for that unless it's something profound and relevant.
So my idea is, what if there was a whatsapp-esq intermediary between the emails and scheduled call. This will allow me as a prospect to analyse and understand what you're offering without taking a huge chunk of my time. I can conduct other tasks simultaneously . If I like what I read then we can later schedule a call in.
So the idea is sending a unique link (similar to a google meet / zoom link) then discuss the topic at hand then once done you can save the details (emailed to you for reference/ follow up). If you want a follow up you can schedule a call etc.

What are your thoughts?
Is there anything out there like this?
I think this is an interesting idea! If you try it I definitely want to hear how it goes. Do you send a PDF with more info in your outreach? I've been debating doing that as a step before a call.
A PDF is a good idea! I'll let you know if I explore this idea any further!
