Tell me what is flawed about this idea

Hi,

My idea is a marketplace for booking paid time slots for currently employed people. Think Cameo for business people but longer (30 minutes), or Thumbtack but for white collar, or a more democratized expert network (ie "everyone is an expert in something".

The idea is that people working within companies have information that is monetizable and useful for employees of other companies. So for example, if I'm working at a small startup and need to get advice about acquisition strategies, I could easily book time with a marketing expert who works primarily at their full time job but can make some extra money for 3-10 hours per week as a freelancer/consultant. Hopefully the marketplace would allow for discovery of people working on similar projects as well as normalize the practice of side-consulting and providing extra income for fully employed people.

Would you sign up and offer your time in exchange for $? Would you book other people's time?
