Tell me what you hate about web3 and how we can fix it

For me it's always been the following three problems:

• Fragmentation (I go to 10 different DeFi apps a day to manage assets across chains and protocols)
• Complexity (why is staking so hard even for technical like me)
• No mobile interfaces (I like the convenience of my phone)

I tried to solve this for myself and some friends with https://www.getroi.app/ but am looking for other issues in the space to solve (and maybe partner up with others here to do so)!
