Tell us about products that had a bad PH launch, but eventually succeeded?

I honestly feel like I see so much disappointment around PH. Most of the time, the launch underperforms and doesn't meet expectations. Even when the launch goes well, it still doesn't necessarily predict the eventual outcome of the business, so people don't want to get too excited. It's hard to win!
