Templates to help you with Strategic Planning

A few months ago I was beginning the strategic planning for the upcoming quarter and I wanted to find a framework that didn't feel like I was creating a business plan, but was also more than a few bullet points on a page. There's a lot out there but none of them suit the needs of an established nimble company.

Scrolling through the web I came across Lenny's PM templates which are phenomenal. I highly recommend checking them out (https://www.lennyrachitsky.com/p/my-favorite-templates-issue-37).

From this I ended up with the following templates I put together on Notion:

High-Level Strategy Template:

Strategic Pillar Template:

Key Initiative Template:

There's been a lot of great feedback both on here and IRL regarding the templates and I hope it helps those as much as it has helped me. Keen to hear what others think and if there is anything missing from these.

Hey Cory! Im building Docdrop.io to help indie hackers and bootstrappers to implement product management practices in their daily operations. A database for Product Management Learning, resources, templates, articles, framework. A library of curated PM resources for reference.
