The biggest opportunity I see is moving beyond “chatbot” and focusing on measurable business outcomes: qualified leads, appointment bookings, customer support reduction, and better conversion rates. SMBs usually don’t buy AI — they buy saved time and more revenue.
Features like easy onboarding, knowledge base management, brand customization, analytics, and reliable fallback behavior will likely become key differentiators. Excited to see how TenantBot evolves!
