Test Automation As A Service, feedback please

Hi All,

I have been on IH for about 2 years now, but pretty dormant. A couple of months ago, I moved to Seattle, WA from Sydney, Australia.

I have been working as a Test Automation Lead/Manager for a long time. Now instead of looking for another job here (in Seattle), I am thinking if I can provide Test Automation as a service to companies, who don't want to hire a full time test automation engineer. What do you think about this?

And a few questions for the community here

Where and how do I get started marketing my services?
If you hire someone for a service like this, how much will you be willing to pay and what would you expect?
