Test Automation frameworks-templates/services for start-ups/small companies

Hello,
I am thinking about creating a service:
Sell automation framework templates with a course/book on how to adapt this framework to your product:

1. with a different language (Python, Javascript, Java) and level API/UI
2. provide services to configure framework depends on their needs and onboard internal devs or QA’s

The goal is to help companies to save their money on automation (e.g. hiring SDET will cost 120-200k in Bay Area), introduce and teach their devs how to write scripts.

What are your thoughts on that?
