Test flight app for Androids?

Does anyone know what the equivalent app of "test flight" for iPhone is for an android?

    Playstore works differently to the Appstore. If you want to release apps for testing you need to release them into the "Alpha" and "Beta" channels in the Playstore. This will allow you to test them with users that are invited to those channels through a link or email.

    I'm using App Distribution from firebase which works great : https://firebase.google.com/products/app-distribution/
