Couple of them are extremely subjective, such as the quote being over emphasized or the icons in colored containers. I think the points are important for builders to understand, but perhaps better context around these would be good.
The icons in colored boxes question would have been better posed if the wrong answers' icons had varying distances away from the paragraph as a typeface-based icon set would have vs an SVG-based icon set as with SVG sets, padding is built in to the icon.
The over emphasized quote question is truly subjective in every sense, however the type setting for the quote block is still incorrect. When leading with a punctuation mark, the glyph should hang in the left margin so the first letter of the first word can left align with the wrapped text below. This isn't inherent in vanilla HTML, so typically people won't take the time to set leading punctuation marks this way.
I'm a typography nut and learned a ton from my traditional university design school experience. Honestly would love to write a post on some typesetting intricacies, so ask me any questions you have and I'll try to answer them as best as I can.

Interesting project.
In some questions it’s not clear icons have different sizes or line-height and paddings are not so noticeable. But maybe because I’m not a designer and don’t notice such little things :)

I didn't finish it because it took me more than 3 minutes.
I also failed some of the questions :(
Or maybe not.
Sometimes the differences were so subtle that it reminded me of a game of "find the differences".
You asked "Which design feels better?"
For me, some of the designs felt better than the ones you chose as correct.
Fortunately, I am not a designer, I am a coder.
My job is to code what the designers come up with.
So I guess everything is OK :)

I agree with KodingKitty and as Victor mentions in the post above it is 'opinionated' and it absolutely makes sense. As design elements are adding to the cognitive load and that seems to be the right answer.
