Tested a Reta pen UK order end-to-end — 3 months in, some notes

The switch from vials to pens was the whole reason I started this project. Reconstitution felt like too much room for user error every single week — pre-filled pens remove that step entirely.

What I checked before ordering:

• ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab report per batch (COA reference on the box has to match the supplier's published lab report — I verified mine both ways)
• HPLC purity above 99% on the specific batch (not a stock PDF from last year)
• 1-day UK dispatch, 2-3 day worldwide delivery — anything slower and the cold chain becomes a coin flip
• Cold-chain packaging with proof (gel packs still frozen on arrival, not "shipped ambient, should be fine")
• Card payment option (not just crypto — crypto-only is usually a signal)

Only one supplier cleared everything. Pen arrived next day in a proper cold-chain box, gel packs still fully frozen, the COA matched the batch reference on the box (I cross-checked the number), pen mechanism activated first try. Friend in Germany got his in 2 days.
