We’re building Trackly, a workforce management SaaS for attendance, payroll workflows, and remote or field teams.
Now we’re testing a simple partner model:
Refer Trackly to a relevant business. If they become a paying customer, you earn 20% recurring commission every month for as long as they remain a customer.
We’re mainly looking to connect with HR consultants, payroll providers, IT firms, agencies, BPOs, and other B2B service providers.
For founders who’ve built a partner channel: what helped you turn interested partners into people who actually sent qualified referrals?
The 20% recurring commission makes the incentive clear, but partner interest and partner-generated customers are very different signals. I’m curious how many partners have moved from “interested” to actually referring a qualified prospect.
