Testing services/product or web development services/product?

I'm currently working as a Software Tester specializing in ETL testing and I also do web development at the side whenever i have spare time. I'm contemplating which of which should i pursue as a side hustle?

In terms of skills:
ETL QA/Testing: 8 out 10
Web development: 5 out of 10 (just starting)

In terms of overall fulfillment:
ETL QA/Testing: 7 out 10
Web development: 9 out of 10 (really enjoyed seeing the product progress)
