When you add files to the database, what does that mean exactly?
For the new macOS application to be able to explain what certain processes do, I need to add them to a database, along with a description and other meta data. The database then allows me to show more information to the user about the processes that are currently running on their computer.
There's literally thousands of applications in macOS and a lot of these are not well documented (or at least without public documentation). While I now have some resources that are helpful, it is still pretty time consuming to add these files. For example, apple retires online documentation all the time. Basically, the database is the heart of the new app. Without that database the whole idea cannot work.
