    2019 Goals for Magnus Rush

    YESTERDAY

    • Emailed the SaaS and App user cohorts with a quick request for feedback, and embedded a tiny survey in the email. Got some small feedback from the survey finally, from some of the app users. Noticed that app activity picked up a little after the email went out
    • Got small amount but positive feedback from my epiphany survey, did some more research and created some placeholders in Clubhouse for it
    • Wrapped up this month's epics and Launch milestone
    • Started looking into a PH launch
    • Refined the business model for epiphany a bit

    TODAY

    • Brainstorming on epiphany
    • Placeholder tasks for some things I want to spin up to see what kind of tech stack I might be looking at
    • Think of how to make a landing page for the epiphany

      What are you going with for the landing page?

        I have no idea. I guess something truly as simple as possible, and I will take a minute to make it look nice because I don't even have a domain name yet :) Yours always come out so great, but I have no starting point yet or know which tool to use to start with. I might use the one that comes with Gravity, as that's my defacto backend boilerplate now.

    By end of April:

    • Validate concept.
      First day of the experiment completed and it looks promising. Average Google Ad CTR for my industry is 2.69%. Jeanius is 19.32%. Average conversion rate for my industry is 2.81%. Jeanius is 36.81%.

    (Finished. I know I promised an update, but I had an extremely late night launching the epiphany. I'll get in here this weekend with the stats.)

    LAST NIGHT

    • ✓ Launched via FB. (Epiphany)
    • ✓ Moved VA along to the next task in the social funnel. (Jeanius)

    TONIGHT

    • Work on invoicing and intro email.
    • Research recording studios.
