The $1000 Milestone - My 4 strategies to reach it

I just noticed last year in 2021, I have crossed the $1000 milestone with my digital products. It was way more difficult than I expected. It took me at least 8 months to reach this milestone by building the product from scratch and start the marketing.

I was definitively way too optimistic about the time reaching this ;) It was a huge learning along this journey and made a tons of mistakes. And here is the 4 strategies I have applied to cross my first milestone:

I don't know if you are interested, but I can detail all these 4 strategies and share it with the community: all my mistakes and learning.

Your product - Premium Tailwind CSS Themes and Templates - is pretty solid. I can see how it saves with development time and I can quickly build something with it. You say you were "Doing Open Source", what does this mean? Your product is an open-source project or you utilize some open-source GitHub repo to build your product? I'd like to hear more about this, @ixartz.

Yes, the main goal is to save development and design time. I'm myself a developer who spent too much time in design and doing UI/UX research. So, the idea is to help other developers who don't want to do design and they can focus on their product.

I've have open sourced a small part of the project. Of course, it's difficult to draw a fine line between open-source and a paid/premium.

To make everything clear is here two open sourced projects:

The projects have is well received by the developer community. It has reached more than 1300+ stars on GitHub for Next.js Boilerplate and 500+ stars for the landing page.

It's only one channel of acquisition. I'll share more details about the other channel.
