I realise IndieHackers is much more SaaS-focused, but recently, I've taken a deep interest into how to market on TikTok.
For context: I chose sunglasses because I run both a d2c eyewear brand AND a b2b eyewear SaaS app, and I'm trying to figure out how to better market both.
It looks like what worked for a lot of brands on Instagram in the past just isn't translating to success on TikTok, and it seems like TikTok requires a total re-think in terms of engaging content.
Do you guys have any examples of SaaS founders or companies that are doing an excellent job marketing on TikTok? Is TikTok worth it or just a distraction?
I'm about to try my hand at TikTok — nothing to lose I guess!
