The 5 causes of writer's block & how to overcome each one

I suffer a lot form perfectionism. One of my main causes of writer's block is perfectionism. When I strive to make my writing perfect, I can often get bogged down in the details and lose sight of the overall picture. To overcome this, I try to set realistic goals for my writing and try not to be afraid to make mistakes.
