    The main context of the thread is great but there are major concerns or at least from my pov:

    Tweet 2 - Giving information is awesome but people/founders should prioritize what they are doing and if the client's problem is a "real problem". When you have more than one ticket (problem) at a time you should learn to prioritize. (and if you can't that is a different problem)

    Tweet 5 - Not everybody loves calls and wants to lose 30 minutes of their day for something which should work from the start or can be done in a 2 min email. Give them the possibility if they want.
