Talk to users, talk to users, and talk to users. Also, talk to users. And last, but not least, talk to users.

Success is a derivate of consistency

Don't dwell on a lot of things. Just go and do it.

I used to spend way too much time on adding “cool” features that no one needed. They take lots of time. Are difficult to remove. And bring in zero money.

Get your product in the face of customers as soon as possible so you can gather feedback and find out what they really need.

I wish someone had told me that you can build and launch your MVP out to market within a few days using no-code tools.

I would check all the links on my site to make sure that the call to action are actually linking to the right chrome extension so if people want to install it they actually can

When looking back, no project was a waste of your time as long as you learned something new from it that benefited you later.

First of all I wish someone would have told us that our product doesn't need to be perfect before we launched it. Secondly, ask advice from people who have been doing a similar journey to you or are just a few steps ahead - this advice is probably more relevant to you and your business.

After getting technical advice from people who have launched BIG companies, we spent almost two years building our platform. We were really certain that no one would take us seriously or buy from us if our product wasn't perfect - turns out we could probably have built it no-code and saved 30k and a lot of time.

But hey, no regrets. We learnt a lot and now have a pretty great platform. 💁‍♀️😅
