The "Agency Reality"

Most of my project delays weren't caused by the work itself, they were caused by the "communication friction" around it.

You know the drill:

  • A client leaves feedback on an old Slack thread.

  • The "final" asset is buried in a 40-email chain.

  • Approvals happen in random messages that nobody can find three weeks later.

It’s chaotic, it makes you look disorganized, and it’s a massive time-sink.

I wanted a dead-simple way to keep clients in the loop without the overhead of a bloated project management system. So, I built Looplane (looplane.app).

It’s a focused client portal designed to turn that mess into a single, organized timeline:

  • Structured Updates: Post a status and move on.

  • Unified Files: Attach documents exactly where they belong—next to the update.

  • Single-Threaded Feedback: Comments and approvals live in one place, not scattered across apps.

The goal isn't to add "another tool" to your stack; it’s to kill the scavenger hunt so you can actually get back to building.

I’d love to get some feedback from the community here. If you’ve dealt with the "client communication tax," does this hit the mark for you?
