The best B2B SaaS product does not always win. The loudest founder often does.

One thing I did not fully understand while building my first B2B SaaS:

Distribution is not a growth channel.

It is often the whole game.

A founder with a strong LinkedIn or X audience can publish one post, receive hundreds of comments, and put a new product in front of thousands of ideal customers within hours.

Meanwhile, another founder can build something objectively better, solve a more painful problem, and still hear nothing.

Not because the product is bad.

Because nobody knows it exists.

People naturally amplify familiar names. We repost the founders already being reposted. We upvote the products already surrounded by attention. We celebrate traction because traction itself feels like proof.

But there are thousands of small founders building quietly, testing ideas, listening to customers, and shipping genuinely useful products with almost no one watching.

I am one of them.

Building RankHit has taught me that product quality matters, but being discoverable matters first. A great product with no distribution can look invisible next to an average product with a powerful voice behind it.

I do not have a perfect answer yet.

But I think we should spend more time looking beyond the same familiar posts and asking:

The question I keep coming back to is:

How do we build a distribution ecosystem where every founder has a real chance to be heard, and the products creating the most value have a better chance to win?
