The best resource to get good at Design/frontend development?
I have very little experience in Front-End development. I currently have little to no experience in CSS Design, Angular, Vue, or React. I'd like to know what would be the fastest way to go from zero to hero. I am open to templates or any anti frontend tips and tricks as well. I just would like a pretty frontend that I can hook up to my backend development.
You could try https://designmodo.com/slides/ or search online for similar - you'd have to try and hook this up with your backend, which you could either try and solve as you go with online videos (LevelUpTuts for examples - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyU5wkjgQYGRB0hIHMwm2Sg) or pay for an online course (recommended!) - there's some good ones on Udemy.

Otherwise, the "fastest" way would be to befriend a front-ender!
Thanks! I might go with the use My course. I have a pretty good understanding of pure javascript. I just don't know how to look at my blank canvas and make it beautiful.

Don't focus on the fastest way to do it. Do it the right way. It'll manifest itself in your final product. And dont think about Angular/React stuff now. Watch tutorials on YouTube of CSS/HTML....then build a few pages just using HTML/CSS. Then move to CSS Bootstrap or Foundation or Bulma. Then, begin to pick up vanilla JavaScript....then, once youre mildly comfortable with basic JavaScript should you move to React/Angular/Vue.

As for front end development, your best bet is to pick something and start building. I was in the same boat last year (I never did much web development) but chose React and started working on a side project. You'll learn a ton this way.
