The best way to turn beta users into paid?

Hi there, as some of you might already know, I am working on niche product that enable trade copying between multiple platforms.

In August 2020, I officially launched the beta. I invite all people that left me an email (>190 people) and offered free tool during beta, and subscription model after beta ends. I already gave them a heads-up that around Jan/Feb I going to close the beta and introduce subscription s.

Currently, many of people helped me a lot with finding and eliminating the bugs and around 40-50 people are using the tool on daily basis. Platform works stable. There are few limitations - I would call them "known limitations". As long traders knows, how tool behave - this is fine as they adjust a bit how they pull the trigger.

There is still a lot of work on the product (improve usability, introduce additional platforms), but before I focus on improving the tool I want to start monetizing the user base I already have.

• Anyone can register to AimFX tool using social account (FB and Twitter), google will be added in following days
• Aimfx.io is landingpage to collect emails, I plan to deploy new version of the website where everyone can read more about the tools, about supported platforms, use cases, etc.. You will have registration link there, that can redirect you to registration form and you can get access to the tool

Above steps should be completed still this week.

To the point - what's the best way to turn 40-50 beta testers to paid users and how to convince the rest (110 users) that did not respond?

I plan to go with following sequence, let me know if that make sense or any adjustment should be made.

1. I have to create one. It can take me 1-1.5 months to build and test (1h a day in the evenings)
2. Subscription model

• Free - MT4 copying between single platform
• 10 USD a month - MT4/MT5 support, unlimited private accounts
• 30 USD a month - all above + Sierra chart support, unlimited private accounts

3. Yearly subscriptions (pay for 10 months, get service for 12)
4. Cancel anytime, no refund (If anyone afraid to register for 1y, its fine to register for 1 month to test the tool…)
5. All existing beta testers will receive free 1 month subscription, after that, they would have to subscribe

Communication plan:

• Send email communication about introducing subscription model and free month
• Share message on discord chat where most of them are available
• repeat message 30/14/7/1 before subscription is enabled

I have two groups of people that signed for beta, but do not use the tool

• 20-30 users that login to the app, but didn’t configure / or use it
  • Mailing: Configure your AimFX account still today, to get 1 free month…
• ~110 users signed for beta, but didn't log in
  • Mailing: AimFX tool beta will ends, sign up today, to get 1 free month
• Repeated mailings 30/14/7/2/1 before launch day

I am not Marketing guy and I trying to make things simple :)
That is why I really appreciate your opinion/feedback on the above!
