⚡ The Biggest Mistake I Made While Building My First SaaS

When I built my first SaaS, I was so focused on the tech that I ignored the most important thing—validation.

I spent 6 months perfecting the product, only to realize that:
❌ Nobody was willing to pay for it
❌ I had built features users didn’t need
❌ I was solving a problem that didn’t exist

What I Do Differently Now:
✅ 1. Talk to Potential Users First
Before writing a single line of code, I engage with communities like Indie Hackers, Reddit, and Twitter to identify real pain points.

✅ 2. Validate the Idea with a Landing Page
I create a simple landing page and collect emails before committing to development.

✅ 3. Launch an MVP & Get Feedback Fast
Perfection can wait. I now focus on launching a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to gather feedback and iterate.

Final Thoughts
Validation saves time, money, and effort. I learned it the hard way, but it’s a lesson that now shapes everything I build.
