A classic scenario is here
You apply for a job
The company does not put a salary range on their application
You schedule a meeting with HR or the recruiter
They ask you what is your salary range
You may feel uncomfortable telling your expectation and asking for their range first
They don't give you and ask again.
You tell your range and they tell you to get back
This is a dirty game. But here is the solution
I prepared a google form. First, you select your salary range, submit the answer and you immediately see the other range.
No more cheating, no more dirty games and everything is transparent.
Imagine that the company tells you to use this system for transparency, would you accept and respect their way?
Imagine that a candidate asks you to use this in the middle of the interview, would you reject using it and put your company in an evil position?
I am thinking to build this small product as a side project, not for revenue but for better interview process & a world without a doubt.
Here is the google form for it: https://forms.gle/nN23hk5er4KgGGrx6
What do you think about it?
