The docs that break right after real customer data lands

I keep seeing the same pattern on here. Revenue tools, ATS products, receipt apps, and feedback flows all look fine until real customer data shows up. Then the product keeps changing and the trust layer falls behind.

I hit this on a small SaaS too. Add Stripe, wire analytics, collect resumes or receipts, ask for testimonial consent, now the product changed but the privacy page still describes last week's setup. its boring, but buyers notice faster than founders do.
