The effective way to know if someone is trustable or not? Want to know more?

A long time ago (few years ago), I found the easiest way to identify if someone can be trustful or not, and make people who are not very popular or even invisible (but nevertheless talented, or very trustable despite their lack of popularity) can finally be recognized at their true value. It can be made easily and without too much effort just simply thanks to the power of the community...

I just want to know what do you think about this idea ;) I spent many times (almost years behind this)

I think maybe the time is come to see this project goes out, but I would love to get feedback from one of the best communities of action takers I ever known :)
