When looking for a cofounder and primary team members, how do you go about offering equity. Base it on revenue estimates? Wondering how to go about it without much revenue in place to pay salaries. I'd really appreciate your insight!

Whether you use the methodology or not, it will at least provide an objective framework for the process of dividing equity.
