The fact that marketing and building are the two sides of a success story is a huge cosmic joke

I am a scientist by training, an introvert, a lab nerd, someone much more comfortable quietly solving problems than doing outreach. I discovered coding a couple of years ago, and now with vibe coding making the whole thing much more accessible I have really started to build projects. I want to see something succeed as a marketable product, but honestly the distribution and marketing piece is SO HARD.

I have no social media following to speak of (see above, introvert etc., plus most of my friends have no use for the products I'm building). Trying to use outreach tools on various platforms but it seems it always comes down to either funding expensive ads, or buying some outreach product/software, or investing weeks-months of time "genuinely engaging" in communities in order to be allowed to post about my product. I shipped a new product on Saturday that I really think could help people in sales have less manual busy work to do in CRM updates. But I truly suck at outreach.

Has anyone figured out a better way? I can't be the only one struggling with the hustle of outreach, which in an epic cosmic joke is the only way to get a product often built by introverts/non-marketing-type people, off the ground. I even tried building an app that would monitor sites and do basic engagement/outreach for me, but it didn't work so well. Any suggestions?
