The fastest way to turn a slide deck into a 24/7 funnel

Building funnels usually feels like a chore. It takes hours to write or design a quality lead magnet.

But there’s a faster way. With an AI presenter, you can make a slideshow that teaches your audience, answers their questions based on the content you provide, and collects leads. Here’s how.

What’s an “educational funnel”?

An educational funnel is a way to teach people something useful while also bringing them closer to your product.

It’s not a sales pitch; it’s simple content that helps your audience. Here are some examples:

  • “How to improve \[X\] in your business”
  • “5 mistakes every \[industry\] founder makes”
  • “A quick guide to \[your niche problem\]”

When people learn from you, they begin to trust you. That trust makes them more likely to sign up, book a call, or try what you offer.

And with AI presenters, the system runs by itself. Here’s exactly how to set it up.

Step 1: Choose the right tool to build your funnel

To create an educational funnel, you’ll need more than just a slide deck.

You need a tool that builds a full, interactive presentation — one that can talk to viewers, answer their questions based on your content, and collect leads for you.

Let’s look at your options.

Some tools only do part of the job

Tools like Manus and Presentations.AI are great for making slides quickly. They can help you:

  • Write your slide content
  • Design clean, professional layouts

But that’s where their abilities end.

They don’t:

  • Add voice narration
  • Let people ask questions
  • Capture names or emails
  • Run like a true funnel

Why we’re using Jotform AI Presentation Agent

That’s why we’re using the Jotform AI Presentation Agent. Yes — this is my tool. But we’re using it because it does everything in one place.

It can:

  • Create your slides
  • Add human-like voice narration
  • Allow real-time Q&A during the presentation
  • Answer questions using only the material you’ve provided
  • Include a form for capturing leads or bookings
  • Generate a link or embed code to place it anywhere on your site

Which means you don’t need to:

  • Design anything manually
  • Record your voice
  • Write a full script
  • Know how to code

Just give it a short prompt (or upload your own slides), and the AI agent takes care of the rest.

Step 2: Create your presentation

So here’s how to do it with Jotform’s AI tool.

1. Open the tool

  • Go to jotform.com/ai (it’s freemium)
  • At the top of the page, click Channels
  • Choose Presentation Agent from the dropdown
  • Click Try It Now

This opens the AI presentation builder.

2. Choose how you want to start

You’ll see 3 ways to create a presentation. Pick the one that works best for you:

Option A: Let AI create it for you

  • Click “Generate with AI”
  • You’ll see a box that says: “Describe your slide”
  • Type one short sentence about your topic Example: “Teach 5 ways SaaS founders can improve onboarding”
  • Click “Generate Slide”
    The AI agent will:
  • Plan your slides
  • Write the content
  • Add voice narration
  • Choose images
  • Put it all together for you

It usually makes 6 to 10 slides, and you can edit them if you want.

Option B: Upload your own slides

  • Click “Upload”
  • Drag in your PDF or PowerPoint file

The AI agent will:

  • Read your slides
  • Add voice narration
  • Make them interactive

Option C: Import from a Link

  • Click “Import from URL”
  • Paste your Google Slides link

The AI agent will:

  • Pull in your slides
  • Add voice narration
  • Make it interactive

3. Let the AI agent build it
Once you give it your sentence, file, or link, the AI will start working right away. This takes about 1 to 2 minutes.

When it’s done, you’ll have:

  • 6 to 10 finished slides
  • A voice that reads each slide out loud
  • A chat box where people can ask questions
  • A link you can share
  • Code you can use to put it on your website

And you can edit anything later — the text, the voice, the design, or the images.

Step 3: Add your call‑to‑action (CTA)

This is the part that turns your presentation into a working funnel. Without it, people will just watch and leave.

Here’s exactly how to do it inside Jotform Presentation Agent:

  1. Include a clear CTA on your final slide. Keep it simple and action-oriented:
  • “Book a free call now”
  • “Start your free trial today”
  • “Download the checklist”
  1. Add a form to collect leads. Instead of a clickable link, Jotform lets you embed a form directly into the slide.
  • Click “Edit Slides”
  • Go to your final slide
  • Click “Add Form”
  • Choose an existing form from your Jotform account — one with email capture. This form will appear inside the slide, so users can submit their info without leaving the presentation.
  1. Test everything
  • Click “Preview”
  • Walk through the presentation like a visitor
  • Make sure the form appears on the last slide and can be submitted correctly

Why this matters:

  • You are capturing leads at the exact moment when they’re most engaged.
  • They don’t need to leave the presentation to sign up.
  • Every submission shows up automatically in your Jotform dashboard so you can follow up.

Step 4: Make it interactive

One of the biggest advantages of Jotform Presentation Agent is that your audience can actually talk to your presentation. You don’t need to set anything up for this — the interactivity is built in.

Here’s how it works when you publish your presentation:

  1. When a viewer is watching, they’ll see a small chat box right next to the slides.
  2. They can type a question into that box. For example:
    • “Do you also work with SaaS companies?”
    • “Can you explain slide three again?”
    • “Do you offer consulting?”
  3. The AI presenter immediately responds in text or voice, using the content you’ve provided in your slides, script, or knowledge base( you can control how it behaves by going to View Agent → Train → Actions.)
  4. If the answer relates to a specific slide, the presentation can automatically jump to that slide so the viewer sees the right content.
  5. On your end, you get a log of every question that people asked. You can review this anytime from your Jotform dashboard.

Why this matters:

  • Visitors don’t just sit back and watch. They engage.
  • You don’t need to be live on a call — the AI handles common questions for you.
  • The logs tell you what people really care about, which helps you improve your funnel, your product, or even your sales pitch.

Step 5: Embed your funnel on your website

Now that your presentation is ready, it needs to live somewhere people can actually see it — like your homepage, a landing page, or a blog post.
This is how you turn your static page into a working, interactive lead funnel.

Here’s how to embed it:

1. Open your presentation in the Jotform dashboard

  • Go to Jotform AI Presentation Agent
  • Click on the presentation you want to use
  • Click the “Share” button

2. Select the “Embed” Option

  • In the popup, you’ll see several options (like Share by Link, Email, or Embed)
  • Click the “Embed” tab

You’ll now see a block of code that looks something like this:

<iframe src="https://www.jotform.com/presentation/your-presentation-id" width="100%" height="600" frameborder="0"></iframe>

3. Copy the Embed Code

  • Click the “Copy Code” button next to the iframe
  • This copies the full embed code to your clipboard

4. Paste the code into your website

  • Now switch over to your website editor or landing page builder. Where you paste the code will depend on the tool you’re using:
If you're using WordPress:
  • Open the page or post you want to edit
  • Click “+” to add a new block
  • Choose “Custom HTML”
  • Paste the embed code inside the HTML block
  • Click Preview to make sure it displays properly
If you're using Webflow:
  • Drag an Embed element onto the page
  • Paste the iframe code into the embed window
  • Save and publish the page
If you're using Carrd, Notion, Framer, or another builder:
  • Look for something like “Embed” or “Custom Code”
  • Paste the code there
  • Save and publish

5. Test the embedded presentation

  • Visit your live page like a regular visitor would
  • Make sure the presentation loads
  • Try watching it, asking a question, and testing the call-to-action (link or form)

Now your presentation is live, fully embedded, and ready to work for you. Visitors can watch it, ask questions, and take action — all without you needing to be present.

This turns your regular page into a 24/7 automated, interactive educational funnel.

Step 6: Keep improving over time

Pay very close attention to the questions people ask and how many are filling out the form.

If people keep asking the same things, update your slides to make them clearer.

If not many are signing up, try a different call to action or offer.

These small changes will make your funnel work better over time.
