Got two comments on my last post that hit hard.
I was describing features — "reads your full thread and replies in your tone."
But people don't buy features in a cold DM. They buy outcomes.
New message: "Write email replies 3x faster without breaking your tone."
Also learned: don't target broad freelancers. Target people actively complaining about AI email quality.
Updating everything — landing page, DMs, all social bios.
