Hello all! It's been a long time coming and I still get asked about our internal tool I posted about on here oh so long ago. So, we made a product out of it.
Happy to announce the first no-code web framework: Cliqflo. The central mission is simple (but hard to implement :) ), Cliqflo's goal is to interlink coders and no-coders. If we are going to live in an ever-growing digitalized world, we are going to need more people building the digital software and products we use. Not just for MVPs but from MVP to scale. Better yet we need people building, and working on current software already out there, built with legacy code bases.
That's where we hope Cliqflo can come in. Cliqflo is a web framework made to allow coders and no-coders to work collectively. The mission is large and there is a large chance of failure but somebody has to try it :).
The first step of Cliqflo is the Alpha proof of concept. A transpiler that allows coders to use the frontends and components no coders build.
The second step is to take this even further and build workflows and functions, importable into the tools (like NPM) that coders currently use. This will be built on top of a visual programming language we at Pital have been working on for a bit called Clickscript. More on that later (we plan on open-sourcing it eventually).
The final step is to reverse it and build the underlying tooling so no coders can import and actually work on legacy code bases visually.
Hope you join us for the ride! Let me know what we can do and what you would like to see. We are here to build for you :)
