The first paid customer comes even before I made a billing system

Hi all,

I just launched EarlyBird - a no-code landing page builder for early-stage startups to pitch and validate business ideas fast - on Christmas Day on Product Hunt, and was fortunate enough to be awarded the #2 product of the day.

Just 5 days later, I was thrilled to welcome my first paying customer, even before I had a chance to build a billing system.

    Wow! Congrats!

I am mainly impressed because although our products are very different (I'm building Evoke), you're using a similar way of promoting it: aggressive promotion on social media via engagement with communities.

I'm mainly doing it via IH, PH, and reddit before launching, though we've also built a sizable discord.

I see you said on your site you're doing it on twitter and hacker news.

How did you promote on twitter before you launch? And did you promote in hacker news only via a post or did you comment as well to engage with the community?

    Would love to connect!

I've visited EarlyBird, and I think there will be some users in this area, and you are very thoughtful and well done.
