When we started working on WarmInbox, our goal was simple: fix deliverability for anyone sending cold emails. But instead of starting with Gmail or a general web app, we launched on GoHighLevel first.
GoHighLevel users were facing a serious problem. They were setting up new domains, running email campaigns, and seeing everything land in spam. The platform didn’t have a built-in way to warm up those inboxes, and agencies were left piecing together solutions.
We built WarmInbox for GHL to close that gap. It gave marketers on the platform an easy way to warm up email accounts, improve sender reputation, and finally get their messages delivered.
Right now, we still can’t warm up GHL’s “dedicated domains,” but there’s progress on the horizon. The GHL team is working on a new email system that will support professional inboxes using custom domains. Once that’s live, WarmInbox will be ready to integrate with it from day one.
That first version taught us how users wanted the setup to feel, what they expected to see in the dashboard, and how to remove as much friction as possible. Everything we’ve built since started with those lessons.
