I've been thinking about the future of communication with AI and the next step of development. One path I believe it's going to be big is combining humanized avatars, with AI agents, and video to take decisions together.
One that you don't need to type anything, just speak.
Tailbox use case is clear. I've been traveling as a digital nomad for 2 years now — constantly exploring new places and bouncing between cities. But honestly, I really don’t like planning the trips themselves.
Here it comes the tricky part that I think most of AI planning tools are missing.
I believe the magic about some use cases isn’t just in automating tasks (which is obviously helpful) — it’s the shopping experience. Most AI tools just throw a full itinerary at you.
But I think what people actually want is a co-creation flow — we still want that sense of control, exploration, anticipation… just without the tab overload and decision fatigue.
What do you think about this type of interface?
I am thinking how is the overall feeling about talking with an avatar and get it all done with an AI. Would you trust (or not trust) on it?
