Congrats - this feels like a one time purchase for life type offering vs monthly (or do lifetime for base and then monthly for premium features). At 6 euro a month I would question the quality of people I'd meet too.

      Thanks for the comment, Tony.

I couldn't quite understand your first sentence. The Maker Meet platform offers only monthly subscriptions currently. There is no lifetime deal, atm. If this is not the info you are looking for, please elaborate. So, I can pinpoint my answer :)

About pricing, the 50% deal you see on the Tinylaunch platform is for the first month only. I did share this info while launching but they couldn't tag properly it seems.

The 6 euro deal is the lower price tag for the lowest package we are offering, with the active participation of our members.

This package is offer a slow and stedy network expantion. If have clear targets and would like to meet with certain people for it, I would suggest "Network Accelerator" package which costs 49.99 euro currently.

You may check the "Subscription Discount Rewards" notice under the pricing table for more info (https://makermeet.me/#pricing).

Regarding the "quality" of the people, I am not quite sure what quality refers to in this context.

There are professionals from various backgrounds and experience in our platform as a member.

I can mention our LinkedIn page at this point. https://www.linkedin.com/company/makermeetme/

You may see some of our members' testimonials there and stalk them on Linkedin :)

I hope I have covered all. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Just saying that community style offering to me fit better as a one time purchase vs a subscription. I might need the community for a bit, drop out for a bit and then come back. The friction and uncertainty of having to turn on/off/on subscriptions, forgetting to get, gives people pause. There is pain to seeing the monthly payment if the user hasn't used it that month.

Some examples of lifetime communities: MegaMaker, NomadList off the top of my head.

I have created a launch platform, it's just starting out and doesn't have much traffic yet, but I'm working on it. However, I agree with your point, I use a one-time payment. You can check out, You can Google search:launchitx

Now I understand you. I have chosen to offer a monthly subscription because of the dynamics of the platform. We would like to introduce professionals to each other via video calls actively. This is how we define the real networking experience.

On the other hand, Maker Meet is a fairly new platform. Your feedback is so valuable and definitely is going to be considered :)

Hopefully we can see you amongs us and discuss these on a video meeting :)
