The Habit Loop Cycle of building

Starting a startup can be overwhelming. But a great way to make progress and feel a sense of accomplishment is to use the Habit Loop Cycle. This cycle helps us focus on the 4 stages of habit-building: cue, craving, response, and reward.

When you create a new habit, it starts with a cue. This can be anything from a certain time, environment, or emotion. The cue serves as a reminder to complete the habit you want to build.

From there, the craving for the reward increases. This is the motivating factor for completing the behavior, and the anticipation of that reward creates energy.

Then, you can take action on the habit. This is the response stage. The action itself should be simple and easily achievable.

The last stage is reward. This confirms that you have completed the habit successfully, and encourages you to do it again.

By cycling through these four stages, you will be able to build successful habits in the pursuit of your startup ambitions. Make it a goal to complete the cycle every day to ensure you're doing all you can to make your startup a success.

Results gonna come! Are you on that loop?
