The hard things about conversion

I've created https://get.motivac.io, which is a spin-off product for my software development company, but I developed it 100% and currently manage it, like an IndieHacker :)
We have paying customers, they love the system, they understood the operation very quickly and they are committed.
However, it is very difficult for us to find such customers, onboarding also takes a lot of time, and I would like to automate and scale this.
What I see as difficulties:

• in companies of different sizes, different roles must be targeted (CEO, HR, CFO)
• it is not enough to convince one person
• the product is not a "must have" product, although there are market statistics that support with numbers how much you can save with this product, what the ROI is like, it is somehow difficult to reach the stimulus threshold
• no matter how simple we try communicate, they somehow think that such a system requires some kind of organizational restructuring, too much effort

For now, I can see from the above difficulties that it is difficult to automate the process of acquiring new customers, personal presence, continuous communication, holding demos, onboarding, etc. are important.

I'm curious about your opinions, what am I not noticing?
