Everyone assumes the hard part of Know My SaaS is the AI layer. It's not. Any model can summarize data.
The hard part is trust. If KAI is wrong once, or acts without permission once, a founder will never trust it again — and they shouldn't.
So the entire product is built around one rule: KAI never sends, changes, or deletes anything without explicit approval. Draft → Approve → Send. Every time. No exceptions, even when it'd be "obviously fine" to just do it automatically.
Slower to build. But it's the only version of this I'd trust with my own business, so it's the only version I'll ship.
