The hardest part of building Safa was deciding what to remove

I wanted a focus timer that's just a circle. No icons, no menus, no buttons. The cleanest UI I could possibly make.

So I built Safa. One circle - rotate to set time, tap to start.
Everything else is hidden behind gestures with tuned haptics.
Settings behind a long-press, session memories behind a tap.

The hardest part was deciding what to remove. Every feature I added, I asked: does this need to be visible? Usually the answer was no.
