The importance of Marketing Funnels and Sales Funnel by Jordan Belfort and Russell Branson

Marketing and sales is one of the most complicated things I ever come across. Not just executing it hard, knowing if the strategy will work or not is also very difficult. The most difficult is how we exactly calculate the effectiveness of it ?
