We've been using WebRTC in an "off-label" way for Push-To-Talk communications in groups of arbitrary size. It's nice to be able to have it just-work in any browser with no downloads--even on a mobile browser. There's a lot of resistance to downloading apps these days, so being appless with WebRTC is a big help.
