The loneliest part of building solo — making big decisions with no one to push back.

Not talking about the grind. Everyone knows about the grind.

I mean the moment where you have 3 directions you could go and zero people to reality-check you. No co-founder. No team. Just you, your gut, and a lot of second-guessing.

This week I was deciding whether to completely change my positioning, rewrite my hero copy, or stay the course. Spent 2 days going back and forth in my own head.

Eventually made a call. No idea if it's right.

How do other solo founders handle this? Do you have a system, a person, a community? Or do you just ship and see?
