I would hesitate to call Quest apps metaverse apps. We don't really have a metaverse yet imo, until these digital worlds are seamlessly connected in some way (persistent avatars, money, property, etc. across worlds). The fact that they're VR apps isn't really enough to make them metaverse apps.
