The Mom Test book for idea validation
I have been listening to the book this month. Has some interesting ideas about product validation:

Has anyone here tried the ideas in the book?

We are actively using some of the book's techniques (as well as other behavioural psychology principles found from Predictably Irrational) in scaling Adflow.ai. I'll make sure to revisit this post as we continue getting more customer feedback over the next few weeks!
At the beginning, I often did the opposite of the book :D
People were delighted with my product (I told chatbot developers to be 5 times faster to code a chatbot)
But nobody really used the product (at least, not the people who listened to my speech)
So the Mom Test is a good way to get a good direction. Next week I'm going to implement the Mom Test to 2 groups of people. They don't know that I have an idea, the opportunity to understand their real need :)
