I spend a lot of time writing long-form material: frameworks, guides, internal docs, playbooks.
What surprised me is that the writing was never the hard part.
The real brick wall was what came after finishing the draft.

The moment I had to turn text into something clean and professional-looking, my momentum died.

It made me wonder how many indie builders, writers, and creators hit similar friction.
Has anyone here found a workflow that doesn’t completely break the creative flow once the writing is done?

I’m curious how others handle the "last mile" of publishing.
