For the last few weeks, I've been spending more time reading Indie Hackers posts than writing code.
At first it felt like procrastination.
Now I'm starting to think it's part of the job.
I keep seeing founders describe the same situations in different words
"I don't know where to get my first users."
"I'm not sure if it's a product problem or a distribution problem."
"I have visitors but nobody signs up."
"Everyone agrees the problem is real, but nobody actually tries the product."
Different businesses.
Different founders.
Very similar patterns.
The interesting part isn't the advice in the comments.
It's the patterns that appear across hundreds of conversations.
I'm starting to think founders don't need more generic advice.
They need someone or something that can recognize the pattern they're in and help them decide what to do next.
That's actually why I started building Ashive.
Not to replace founders' thinking, but to help make sense of the signals they're already surrounded by.
Curious if anyone else has noticed this.
Have you ever realized your biggest insight came from reading other founders' experiences rather than talking directly to your own users?
