One thing that's surprised me recently:
The more progress VIDI makes, the less certainty I feel.
A few months ago everything seemed simple.
Build product.
Get users.
Improve product.
Repeat.
Now there are more users, more conversations, more feedback, more opportunities, and somehow more uncertainty.
Every new conversation opens a new path.
Every piece of feedback suggests a different direction.
The challenge is no longer finding ideas.
The challenge is deciding which ideas to ignore.
I used to think startups become clearer as they grow.
Lately I've started wondering if the opposite is true.
Maybe the skill isn't finding more opportunities.
Maybe it's learning which opportunities don't matter right now.
Curious if other founders have experienced the same thing.
Good job
accept it
